As mentioned on my previous post, I had to go back to H&M to find the right sized shoe to match the one I already have. There, I encountered yet another rude employee. This time, she snapped at me - twice. I was actually rather kind to her too because I understand that working sales sucks. There was really no reason for her to be so rude. Also, even if I was being rude, employees should NEVER snap at customers. Consumers provide employees' paycheck, pretty much. Ergo, be nice to them. Unfortunately, I don't think will be returning to H&M willingly for awhile. 

The customer is ALWAYS right.
